Colouring Services
Colouring hair is a true art, creating an extension of your personality and lifestyle. We allow as much time as possible beforehand for you and your stylist to get to know one another. Our in-salon Master Colour Experts have completed the intensive Master Colour Experts program by Wella. We are proud to have four of the country’s elite colourists, within our team here at Scott Banks Hairdressing.
Your stylist will carry out a 30-minute complementary pre-evaluation consultation prior to your booked appointment. Your stylist will listen to you and make suggestions based around suitability and achievability, considering cost and ongoing maintenance. All colours legally require a skin test. We use and recommend colourstart patch testing system. This offers client convenience around colour choice or last minute changes whilst allowing your stylist the creative freedom of using colour without any health or legal restrictions.
Hair Extensions
At Scott Banks Hairdressing we always provide our clients with the very best and Spectrum One Extensions are no exception to this.
After many years of working alongside a leading supplier of extensions we decided to transfer from the traditional bonded method and move towards a more modern micro ring method, which is more durable and can withstand todays demands of styling.
The quality of hair is highly important which allows us to provide a natural looking head of hair, so whether it’s extra length, thickness or volume you require, then Spectrum One Extensions are the ones for you.

We offer a complimentary no obligation consultation with one of our extension specialists. After identifying your needs and assessing your suitability one of our stylists will create a bespoke package just for you. A seamless colour match ensures a natural looking result alongside a full cost breakdown, advice, hints and tips on how to get the very best from your new hair.
Cost
Hair is supplied in packs of thirty strands and in two different lengths, how many packs required depends on what you are wanting to achieve
- You will pay for the packs of hair required at cost including delivery charges.
- You will then pay your stylist rate for fitting each pack based on the individual stylist charges
- Cutting and styling is included in the fitting price
- Complimentary blow wave and check up is provided a week after fitting
- After care pack will be recommended to extend the life of your hair
